Soroptimist International is a worldwide organization for women in management and professions working through service projects to advance human rights and the status of women.

Soroptimist International of the Americas* comprises 50,000 members in 1,500 clubs,
which span 19 countries and territories. 

Soroptimists are business and professional women of all ages, cultures and ethnic groups. They are working moms and single women; small business owners and corporate executives; attorneys, teachers and physicians. The common thread that connects all Soroptimists is their desire to make a difference for women.

The club participates in the Service Projects and Award Programs of:

Our Meeting Schedule:

  • We meet each Tuesday morning at 7:00 at Elmer's Restaurant on East Palm Canyon.

  • Each is responsible for their own breakfast. If you visit us there is no charge.

  • We conduct a business meeting the first Tuesday of the month. 

  • Our Board meets on the 4th Tuesday of the Month, but everyone is welcome.

  • All other meetings are program meetings with interesting speakers.

  • All meetings are exactly one hour in length.

 Our club is one of 61 clubs that comprises the Golden West Region.
